You can cast your ballot by putting it in what they're calling a secure bag. What they will do is take it emptied. My husband did this last election when his new address wasn’t recognized- that’s called a provisional ballot. We called and his vote was counted. The machines used in Westchester are Dominion. Now owned by a republican
