It’s NY is bit about dingy apt - if the apt is dingy u can rest assure u gonna have issue with the neighbors for a lot of reasons - u guys r troopers but I strongly wish u could get out even if its a diff neighborhood its so easy to get around u can live right outside maybe cause this is gonna get worse
