Something I have been noticing, and sort of playing around with is when I'm experiencing chronic pain, eventually I get frustrated with it and say to myself, "pain isn't even real" and for a few moments it will literally disappear.... right up until my "rational" thinking comes and says, "if pain isn't real why are you feeling pain right now" and then immediately the pain comes back.....it has been fascinating for me to observe in my own body and thoughts.

i lost my father yesterday. i lived in the wish fulfilled that he was happy and healthy. so this is very dangerous to tell people. i believed this manifestation thing fully but now i'm so broken i can't believe it anymore.

A lot of my friends are frustrated as it seems bc they say for example they have the "dreamcar" but they do not have any car. if they go, they use public transport. how can they tell the story that they have the car and use the bus/tram? but if they tells that they know they are going to have the car it is also true and "manifest"...though they do not have/do have right now....

but when I want something to happen in the 3D it feels like I have to convince myself that what I want is here and its mine, it doesnt feel real and feels like I'm convincing myself that its true therefore I dont feel like what I say is what goes because it doesnt feel "solid" enough because sometimes I just say "its like that" and then absolutely forget about it and it happens but that doesnt always work out so when I give the same approach to every manifestation and it doesnt always work out then I cant really rely on it and I just dont know how to control it :/
