@annietamaki: 👀 I know it sounds crazy but highlighter underneath my eyes will seriously be the best upgrade you make to your makeup routine especially if you deal with any sort of darkness in your undereyes like dark circles or puffiness. The trick is to use a highlighter that works with your skin tone so see the suggestions I have in my video for light, medium, and deeper skin tones!
