Wow! I’m from NY and grew up eating lots of Eastern European/ Jewish delicatessen style pickled/marinated/smoked fish that I love and especially herring but I’ve never heard of rollmop style! Is this a newer item that they’ve started making? I usually get the herring in a cream sauce and I absolutely love love the pickled onions in there (I go searching for them lol 😂) I believe I’d love it wrapped around a pickle but I’m now living in SC and wonder where I’d find them here. Maybe I can just make my own if not. Tyler, I really love your content and you make it exciting to watch and want to try new things. So happy that I found you! Be well ❤️😊
