What a meal prep looks like as a doctor ✅ Cheeseburger bowls are the easiest thing you will make all week, and I want every one of you to make them. Per bowl: 652 cal · 58g protein · 33g carbs · 32g fat · 5g fiber Makes 6 bowls. THE BOWL 3 lb 93% lean ground beef 3 medium russet potatoes 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar 6 cups shredded lettuce 2 cups chopped tomato 1 cup diced red onion Dill pickle slices SEASONING (split half for potatoes, half for beef) 1 tbsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt THE MAC SAUCE 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo 2 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp ketchup 1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles 1 tbsp pickle juice 1 tsp garlic salt HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Oven to 425. Cube the potatoes, toss with 1 tbsp avocado oil and half the seasoning. Spread them out with space between the pieces. Crowded potatoes steam, they don't crisp. 2. Roast 30 to 35 minutes, flip once at 20. 3. Brown the beef in a dry skillet. No oil. Lean beef gives up enough of its own fat. Press it flat and leave it alone 3 minutes before you break it up. That's the difference between browned crust and gray crumbles. 4. Kill the heat. Scatter the cheddar over the top, cover 2 minutes. Off the heat is the whole trick. Cheese stirred into a live pan seizes and turns greasy. 5. Blend or whisk the mac sauce. 6. Build it: lettuce on the bottom, beef, potatoes, then tomato, onion, pickles in sections. Mac sauce over the top. Store the beef, the potatoes, and the cold toppings in three separate containers. Holds 4 days. Make it once this week. One pan, one sheet tray, six meals done. To find more of these recipes and the information I use to help my patients get real results, grab one of the last 100 total weight loss cookbooks or download the total weight loss app in my bio! #MealPrep #Doctor #Food #HighProtein #TotalWeightLoss
