I think if this was a small time car he did this too there would not have been a conversation about it. Penske gets brake checked twice in this race. You bet they are making phone calls and threats. Spire has to bow in this situation since nascar is run by the big boy teams. This whole thing really has nothing to do with carson. This was a business move.
