A man who worked at the popular Slinky Dog Dash ride at Walt Disney World is among 281 people arrested in a massive Florida undercover operation targeting suspected child predators and human trafficking. Colin Gormican, 28, of Davenport, allegedly exchanged explicit messages with an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old boy. Investigators say Gormican described acts he wanted to perform with the child before traveling to meet him. Gormican was arrested and charged with four felonies, including traveling to meet a minor, using a computer to seduce a child, using a communication device to commit a felony and attempted lewd or lascivious battery on a minor. His arrest was part of "Polk Around and Find Out II," a seven-day sting announced October 30 by Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. The operation resulted in 281 arrests, including 31 suspected child predators and 17 people employed at Central Florida theme parks.
