Iran is engaged in a “total war” with the United States and Israel that extends beyond military confrontation into "economic and cognitive" warfare, Deputy Parliament Speaker Hamidreza Haji Babaei said Tuesday. Speaking to Tasnim news agency, Haji Babaei said Iran's potential targets had no geographical limits and warned that any country or location assisting the United States could be considered an adversary. He said military, economic and technological facilities supporting Washington could become targets of Iranian attacks. “If Iran's oil is to be sanctioned and blockaded, everyone's oil should be blockaded. And if our energy is to be targeted, everyone's energy should be targeted,” he also said.
