The first 4 days are not fun at all. It hurts pretty bad. You'll want to quit 😂 but don't it gets better! Also get a water flosser in addition to regular floss to help get food out!!

Ice water and pasta after getting them tightened! Ice blue bands make your teeth look whiter. I never had issues with staining on my ceramic braces but I brushed after EVERY meal. You’ll want some flossers for braces for when you’re on the go
