I totally agree! I think the first time around they thought it was just cut and dry, she was in postpartum psychosis and guilty. They had no idea that Reddington was as good as he is and poked so many holes in their case. This is why they are scrambling the second time around, as they should! 🩷 Justice for Lindsay and her beautiful children 🩷

I want this to be true so bad. I also don’t want them to plea down and I don’t want the defense to take it either. Those kids deserve justice and Lindsay isn’t the one to serve that justice.

The stalling really is questionable. I mean the DA came out loud and strong immediately after the mistrial. While the defense was still also trying to push back scheduling a re-trial until all of the motions were addressed, it didn’t flag as suspicious. It kind of flagged as amusing or ironic that the prosecution was siding with the defense on waiting while the judge was ready to proceed. But this last time, the defense was ready to proceed. The judge was ready to proceed, and it was the prosecution holding everything back. And I agree something felt off. The fact that only one of the prosecutors was there. The fact that DA was there you could just feel the tension in trying to delay when nobody else was delaying. Something definitely doesn’t feel right.

I don’t see how they could responsibly retry her after Redd brought those arguments up during the mistrial. I don’t know how the law works but I would hope that they would legally have to investigate it.
