I have also had a reality of something like this as well, a guy got a plot of land when he had money in 2024 at a certain amount of money and he started disturbing me that he's not interested again that he will collect his money back after agreement and I told him I will get it sold for him but we couldn't get it sold immediately so, he messaged and started threatening me that I should get him his money back which I send him the amount he paid to get the land from me and keep the land to myself. Fortunately after just 1 week a friend of mine came to ask if I have a land for sale and I introduce him to the land and got the land sold at 5x the initial investment amount which is the reason why I trust real estate more than any form of investment

I made that mistake in year 2006 at Ibadan, I was told to buy a plot at Ologuneru at 30k I said it's bushy also I was afraid cos am small in age to buy land, today a plot of land in that axis sells for 30million and above now.

This happened to me,I borrowed my sister some money so when the time to pay me back reach she just took me to the land and say boy this is your money I was like is this egbon normal after fight and everything had to accept the land oo now to cut the story short I sold half plot alone in an amount that fear me had to build on the remaining half and bought land somewhere else and start new life ..this days now if I have 1# nah land 😁😁😁😁I turn to omo onile just something I never planed
