Ingredients 2 (5 oz) bags wavy sweet potato chips 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup salted butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt Flaky salt, for finishing Directions Preheat the oven to 300°F. Grease a 10–12 cup Bundt pan well. Melt the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbling. Pour 2–3 tablespoons of sauce into the bottom of the Bundt pan and sprinkle in some walnuts. Layer in the chips, marshmallows, walnuts, and sauce until the pan is filled, reserving about ¼ cup of sauce in the saucepan. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are just starting to melt. Let rest for 1 minute, then flip onto a large platter and lift off the pan.
