sunroof only pops open a few inches at the back of it's glass while the front is fixed. a moonroof slides all the way back into the actual roof of your vehicle, so your dogs head can stick out of it🫡

Sunroof is what you have in the video and normally doesn’t go far past the driver seat, moon roof goes all the way back to the back seats

Sunroofs dont really exist anymore in modern cars, now we have fixed panoramic glass and moonroofs. But we use the universal word sunroof to descrie all of them.

well sunroof used to be a metal plate that opened and moon roof was a fixed glass pane in the roof. now sunroof is a glass roof window that opens and moon roof means its fixed and doesn't move.
