Everyone commenting on this video has never dealt with someone who has seizures, the girl is holding to head to make sure it stays on the pillow, not to stop it, the girls by her sides are making sure she doesn’t roll over, at no point in this are they trying to harm her by “holding her down”.

As someone that grew up with a mom and dog that had epilepsy. Don’t let them hold your head like that, your a lot stronger then they are in that time. And you could seriously hurt yourself and others. And being in a quiet environment helps as well, and being put on your side helps too. I’m so sorry that you have these seizures. They can be very scary
