@jamesatkhanfitness: I thought British winters were bad until I started learning about what some Americans experience! 😂🥶 From scorching summers to winters so cold I can't even comprehend them, the extremes across America absolutely blow my mind! 🇺🇸 Americans, I have TWO questions: What's the HOTTEST and COLDEST temperature you've ever experienced, and which STATE were you in? I have a feeling these comments are going to be absolutely insane! 😂👀 - #AmericanWeather #AmericanWinter #BritishVsAmerican #USA #LifeInAmerica
we were snowed in for 6 days and we had 6 ft drafts in my yard

We live in Ohio, not an extreme with her. But we get -10°F quite commonly in the winter. North of us in upper New York, Wisconsin, Minnesota AC -20 and 30°F. It’s cold in the winter here. If you’re gonna move here, especially if you’re from England your best idea is a western mid country state south of Colorado.

We use Fahrenheit not Celsius we don’t know what you’re saying. And yes, the winters here are very brutal, and long lasting and very deep in feet.

Northern Minnesota and Buffalo New York. Just go east from Minnesota. We will never travel there in the winter. I’m from Southern Minnesota. It’s warmer here.

You forgot to mention ice storms. Yes, that us a real thing. They can be way worse than snow storms because ice collects on everything, downing tree, power lines and other utilities. Back in 2007 I stood on a 3rd floor balcony during one and watched blue and green flashes across the city as transformers exploded during the storm. Some people in the city were without power for weeks. That's in Missouri.
