I really hope the mom and dad were able to hold their babies. 😢

I can’t stop thinking about the children, if they were buckled in or if being held but after hearing this idk…. Oh gosh how terrible I know the fall was fast but on board may have felt like an eternity.

The fact this exact aircraft, pilot and copilot had issues months prior with ascending and it’s up to the owner of the plane to have it thoroughly inspected and repaired. The owner was the man on the flight who brought his entire family and friends on there. Now they are finding spine fragments, a toddler hand was recovered, an adult hand was recovered, flesh recovered on top of cars and the roof of homes. Various bone fragments on the roofs of homes as well and pieces of the jet strewn about

So my question is would they feel the intense stomach drop the entire time they were nose down headed to the ground?

I have to wonder if passengers went into shock knowing they were going to die. This is what happened to me in a bus accident that went over a 100 ft embankment and into a river. An overwhelming sense of peace believing i was going to die

Possible that they left their bodies before impact. More like the feeling of falling in a dream but you wake up before you hit the ground.

it’s slightly comforting to know that it was painless at least, but its extremely sad to know they all knew what was coming and passed scared 😕🕊️

There may have not been any pain during impact, but there was definitely terror during descending. I can’t imagine the feeling of knowing you’re going to die in a few seconds and nothing you can do to prevent it. 😔

some people did that math on the dive. it's reached -34,000ft per minute. it hit the ground at almost the speed of sound. that's why there is nothing left.

I wonder if they crashed into the water instead, would their bodies be able to be recovered? I’m not educated in this.

the learjet 60 has the seats positioned both forwards and backwards, I'm wondering what would have happened to the people facing backwards?
