Because she took out a loan in the school already got paid. The school has to pick their battles. A lawsuit from her for not being able to complete the certification. The school/company will have to pay that loan back. They do not like doing that. They would rather push her through and never have to deal with her again then have to pay the money back, that they already have.

Been an RN for 35 years. I was offered an education position due to an on the job injury that has taken me away from bedside. I told my self, get better physically, try something new , and pour into younger generations my experiences and knowledge. With that being said, my mental health has suffered. “ Trying to make a difference…. “ doesn’t happen anymore. The system is broken. This year will be my last year in healthcare. 💔
