@dealingwithdes: You’ve spent so much time being the strong one. The one who figures everything out. The one who holds everything together. The one who keeps going, even when she’s exhausted. This message is asking something different of you today. Card 1: Today I shall rest and await instructions. Not everything requires an immediate response, a decision or another exhausting effort. RN the most powerful thing you can do is stop pushing, give yourself permission to rest and allow clarity to come to you. Card 2: Today I will ask for help and invite unexpected blessings into my life. You’ve become so accustomed to being independent that asking for help might feel uncomfortable. But receiving support doesn’t make you any less capable. Sometimes the blessings you’ve been praying for arrive through the people who are willing to help you. Card 3: Speak to be heard, my dear. What you’ve got to say matters. The most important part of this reading… Your voice matters. Your needs matter. Your ideas, your feelings and your boundaries deserve to be heard. You don’t have to stay silent to keep everyone else comfortable. The message from these three cards is simple. Stop believing that being strong means doing everything alone. Rest when you need to. Ask for support when you need it. And when something matters to you, find the courage to speak up. Because the next chapter of your life doesn’t have to be built on exhaustion, sacrifice and silence. It can be built on peace, support and the confidence to finally put yourself first. Comment HEARD below if you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone and start honouring your own needs.
