‼️Genuine question ‼️would that not make every period 3x worse? Please correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t a period your body getting rid of the old lining and due to that lining being there to build up 3x longer wouldn’t that make the pain be 3x greater?

But here’s the thing. With birth control you can also make your period happen after about two months. This makes your period worse if we reduced it to only four times a year there is a risk your period would feel like you’re having all of those periods at once.

I am not sure about this. I don’t ovulate because I make too much estrogen (needed IVF to have a baby). The eggs still age and quality goes down despite not ovulating regularly.
