If I were starting over trying to make an extra $500 a month from home, I would do things a little differently. 👇 When you're trying to make money from home, especially as a mom, it's easy to get caught up in all the possibilities. A side hustle that requires hours of uninterrupted work might not be realistic for my season of life. 2. Set a specific income goal. Instead of vaguely trying to make more money, I'd break $500 a month into about $125 a week. 3. Look for proof that people are getting paid. Not just screenshots of someone claiming to make thousands, but realistic information about how the opportunity works. 4. Track the time and money. Making $20 isn't the same as making $20 an hour, and I want to know whether an opportunity is worth my effort. 5. Stop trying to do everything at once. I'd rather give one or two realistic options a fair chance than constantly jump to the next shiny opportunity. My goal isn't to find a magical side hustle that makes money overnight. It's to find something that can realistically fit into my life and help our family financially.
