My mom passed away 24 years ago the night before my birthday. I can relate to this high functioning grief BUT 🥺 there is a tax to be paid at some point. I, like you, was responsible for everything and everybody… but I hit a wall one day. My hair fell out in clumps, it felt like bugs crawling all over me constantly, I developed crazy serious panic attacks… your body keeps count. Take good care of yourself 🤗🤗🤗 don’t ignore the grieving process just make it your own. Hugs

Yes, my daughter turned a year old one month after my father in law died. Being a mom isn’t optional, I had to go on auto pilot for her. This is so true, life goes on even when we feel like it shouldn’t
