Salah satunya berinisial LSP, yang oleh media disebut sebagai Listyo Sigit Prabowo, mantan Kapolri yang sejak 1 Oktober 2026 menjabat Kepala Staf Kepresidenan. Dua tersangka lain adalah Irjen Ahrie Sonta (Kadiv Hukum Polri) dan Irjen Eko Hadi Santoso. Menurut penyidik, yang diduga disadap sepanjang 2025–2026 bukan main-main: nomor ponsel Presiden Prabowo, pejabat negara, tokoh politik, jurnalis, aktivis, hingga pengusaha, tanpa prosedur penegakan hukum. Pada Oktober 2026 diduga ada perintah menghapus file sadapan di sistem LIMS Polri. Niatnya menghapus jejak, kasusnya justru terungkap pada 30 Oktober lewat laporan petugas. Ironinya, sehari sebelum penetapan, beliau masih sidak koperasi untuk mengecek stok barang subsidi.
