You have to take your ring on the scheduled cleaning times or you forfeit your warranty. I’ve gotten two engagement rings from Shane (first one was stolen). They’re easy to work with. But I’ve gotten pregnant back to back since I got my second ring and could never take it off with the weight gain, thus forfeiting my warranty 😢
