yes I agree 100% I have RA and the flares get so bad that I struggle but have to get up and go to work no matter what! it truly isn't right but have no choice!

Every damn day! I’d do it again in a heart beat! Being a single parent is rough but worth the peace but the stress never ends🥺 i just add and add onto my pto until i can take a vacation and spend much needed time for my daughter ❤️

this! I have been dealing with health issues for a month and missed a bunch of work and i dont get sick days at work so I had to use my regular PTO days. companies dont care about their employees like they used to. 🥺
