and the things that happen on the floor is absolutely insane. All that stress, adrenaline, mistreatment makes it impossible to relax when you get home. I had to cut down to 2 days a week because my body was falling apart.

We do 13 hour shifts. 7-7 but we can't leave til 8. During that hour we are giving report and last minute things if need be. My job before that it was 7-7 and you had to punch out by 745 the latest or else you were spoken too. Huddle was soooo long and we were rushing to give report. Tbh the 13hour shift is better
