@kasidrummer: I put 100% of myself into my family, Auto and Diesel business. That means a couple of different things Every moment of my day is about S&S Auto And diesel. From the moment I wake up, I am thinking about it while I am at the gym. I’m analyzing the day when I’m at the crazy water hotel for my morning coffee. I am journaling about it. I am at the shop from 8:30 am to 6 pm unless I have networking events or meetings outside of the shop. On the weekends, I am reviewing the week and then planning for the week. This Shop means so much to me because of the people who work for us and for the people in mineral Wells specifically women who don’t know Car jargon and end up getting screwed over by some buddy that utilizes that as leverage. I have been getting more women followers and I try to ask them all why he wanted to follow me. That has been a mix of two things either they have a daughter who they want to show what it looks like to be a woman business owner, or their motivated to be the business owner that they want to be. So I thought I’d share a little bit of a vulnerable side of what it does look like to own a business, which is I am tired. I am sometimes more emotionally impacted by people stories as they come into my doors however I give myself a specific period of time to feel my feelings because I know that I need to move out of them to make logical business decisions so I do cry and I do feel things. But then I do have to shut it off so I can be the person that people need me to be.
