in the next 10 years people will learn that long distance running/biking or anything like that is so bad for you and your heart. we were not designed to do it. just because we can doesn’t mean we should. my uncle did long bike rides and he ended up dying on the bike from cardiac arrest. he was otherwise very healthy

Humans didn’t evolve to run 5 miles non-stop, only for short distances. Crazy that marathons are even a thing, especially if they’re competitive. Steady state cardio is the move kids.
