I’ve had a wave of online clients sign up lately, and a lot of them live right here in Chicago. And they're not doing it because it's their only option… They're postpartum moms and busy professionals who don't have room for a weekly in-person appointment. And they already get the thing I will die on this hill for: The value in pelvic health care is not the session. A weekly session is one hour, out of 168 in a week. That hour is not where you get stronger. The work you do in the other 167 is. So I built my whole model around that. I see my clients once, maybe twice a month, that’s it. There's real accountability between our sessions to help you stay consistent with your plan because consistency is what actually changes things. And my clients have more access to me now, even though we meet less often, than they ever would have in traditional insurance-based pelvic PT. When I worked in that world, I was seeing women every week and never checking in between sessions, there was no time, literally negative time. A model built on volume doesn't allow for it. But I built mine the opposite way. So it's not an accident that my online clients get just as strong, just as confident, and just as far as the women I see in person. It's the model. Traditional pelvic PT boxes women into a weekly cadence, show up every week, or you're

Traditional pelvic PT boxes women into a weekly cadence, show up every week, or you're "failing." And when life makes that impossible, women walk away thinking they failed the process. But it is was the model built around the session that failed them. I meet you where you are: in person here in Chicago with support in between, or fully online if that fits your life better.
