@darwynnmcpherson: How To Solve Problems In Relationships without Destroying it. #problemsolving #conflictresolution #relationshipgoals #relationshiptips #communicationskills
So. How do I respond when I do this and my husband states he can't make me feel anything. That's on me. Even when I present it peacefully he becomes very dzfensive.

I appreciate this case. I believe a lot of relationships could be saved if there is boundaries set and a healthy balance in the resolution process

You are so on Point with your content and I’m a work in progress as we speak. I’m still praying asking for my Heavenly Father to guy me and help me to control my temper as well as my emotions….. I’m very stubborn but a turtle 🐢 in my own shell but I’m trying my hardest to do better and a person, mother, sibling, friend ect….. Thank you 🙏🏻 so much for this. It’s hurts when I can’t really express myself without anger when it seems as though I feel attacked and not protected my whole. Much appreciated

I appreciate your informative formations of how to structure your feelings into words without losing control. I've struggled with how to correctly structure my emotions and you have helped tremendously! Thank you!

Something I learned about communication is “Never start a statement with the word “you”!” That word is the beginning of accusatory statements and the receiver of those “you…” statements will stop listening.
