I WAS OFF SICK LAST YEAR,BUT I HAVE 172 HOURS LEAVE LEFT. SO I HAVE REQUESTED TO TAKE IT,BEFORE THE NEW TAX YEAR STARTED. THE COMPANY STARTED PAYING ME, EVERYTIME ITS PAY DAY. EXAMPLE .LET SEE ITS PAY DAY,THIS MONTH,I WAS PAY 33 UNITS,THEN FOLLOWED BY 22 UNITS ,THIS IS WHAT HAPPENING, EVERY TIME ITS PAY DAY,BUT BECAUSE OF PERSONAL HEALTH ISSUE I CAN NO LONGER CARRYON WORKING.SO,THEN THE LEFT OVER 52 HOURS WASNT GIVEN TO ME . HOW MANY TIMES ,MESSAGES WAS SEND TO THE MANAGEMENT BUT NO REPLY. WHAT STRESS.I DECIDED TO GIVE UP AND LEAVE IT TO GOD.I RESINED LAST YEAR JULY .DUE TO HEALTH ISSUE.ALSO UNTIL NOW MY P45 AND P60 WASNT RECIEVED YET. SO SO UPSETTING

companies should be made to pay it if staff leave and not had their accrued holiday entiltment they earned it so pay it in last wage

You shouldn’t lost the holiday but if you didn’t take all your holiday then what whatever your owed should be paid at the end so the year so you lost your holiday but still get paid for not being able to take it in the time frame that would be the fair way

I WAS HARD WORKER STAFF. I WAS EMPLOYED NEARLY 14YEARS TO THE COMPANY.AND ONE OF THE MOST SENIOR STAFF EMPLOYED, AND THATS THE WAY,I WAS TREATED BY THE COMPANY. SHOCKING,UPSETTING, DISSAPPOINTING. BUT BECAUSE I HAVE DECIDED TO RESPECT MY INTEGRITY,I STOP ASKING FOR MY UNPAID HOLIDAY.
