I don’t follow I happen upon this and it prompted me to research what statements were made.I will say what you are saying does have some truth in my opinion. Not just for cruise ships. If you live anywhere near casinos drive past at the first of the month vs the middle of the month and poke your head in… Wheelchairs and Oxygen tanks all over the place on the first of the month more so than the middle to the end of the month.
