Consider the German system where you have to put 1€ in to get a cart. Although for America you would rather need a cart dispenser where you have to put your credit card in to get a cart. And if that cart does not get returned your credit card gets billed $1000

that is why Aldi has a quarter free release for a shopping cart simply to remind people to return it back to the rack and get their quarterback and not be a lot but it's simply reminds people you're shopping cart needs to be put back and it cost you to be negligent. I'm sorry but 25 cents is enough of an incentive to be responsible

I work, in retail. I was getting off of work, one day and I came out to my car and their was one of those motorized carts the put out in front of my car. To lazy to out it up by the store

I agree. You should have to swipe to get a cart. Dont charge anything. Just have a name they can press charges against when it gets left in the lot and causes damage to a vehicle.
