I hate to tell you but urgent care probably won’t do anything for you :/ I’ve only heard of hand ortho or hand plastics able to give a cortisone injection in the hand. Just give it some time if it’s a new symptom going on. It’s very common a new fracture/break can exacerbate an already underlying condition in the hand! They tend to flare down as you heal!

It could also be a snapped tendon. I had this when I broke my wrist.

I woke up randomly one morning with my thumb locked and sticking . I had to pop it to get to straighten . I had trigger finger . I had to have trigger finger surgery on mine . They make braces to keep it from locking . The steroid shots only lasted week for me . That’s why I had to have surgery .

get them to ultrasound or ct it because it sounds like a scaphoid fracture that often doesnt show on an x ray

Toradol is like 24 hours. Cortisone is the only thing that would help trigger finger.
