it won't always work like that. I prayed for my ex wife, tried to lead her to Christ by example. She hated me more for it. I prayed for the wisdom to help lead her to Christ. She left 2 weeks ago.

God doesn’t send people into our lives for us to fix them. We are all broken in some way, and none of us has the power to repair another person’s heart. God is the one who heals, restores, and transforms us. A relationship should be built on love, respect, and growing together in Christ, not on the idea that one person is responsible for fixing the other.
