what about Nursing assistant in the NHS that got their Sponsorship, in 2024 when the salary going rate wast £25k but now their salary is over £25k. Do they fall under the 5 year route?Akso,do the extra shift counts as earnings or just based on the basic salary stated in the employment letter?
