it’s tomato season!! 🍅 Er Hot Pot is offering so many creative tomato-based dishes, from their stir-fried tomato beef broth to their tomato & cheese pull-apart rice soup. Their tomato broth is freshly stir-fried and slow-simmered in-house with REAL tomatoes and REAL beef bones - not premade soup bases. Some of the hot pot dishes we had were: 🍅 tomato cheese rice bowl 🦐 dragon fruit shrimp paste with cherry tomatoes 🥓 tomato pork slices 🍓 tomato strawberry slush 🥭 mango slush 🦐 gluten puffs with shrimp paste 💜 purple rice mochi cubes 🥟 handmade shrimp wontons 🌶️ crispy pork tongue with green peppercorn 🍖 sticky rice with luncheon meat 🥩 2 orders of beef and 2 orders of pork 🦀 crabs, abalone, shrimp and more!! Everything was incredibly fresh, and there was such a fun variety of dishes to try. I was especially surprised by the tomato broth because I usually just eat my meats with the mala broth, but this was so comforting, hearty, and rich in flavor. It was such a fun and satisfying meal, and we were SO full by the end. The purple rice mochi cubes were the perfect little snack/dessert after such a hearty dinner.
