I was living in Lagos that time. Just like today, he demolished the slumps and him and his cronies acquired them. This blame continued for 8 years. Refuse dump everywhere. Roads very dirty. Rickety Danfo buses..everywhere. Agberos ...Under bridge...hoodlums . No single project. The only thing he did which is what he is doing now...was taxing people using Alpha Beta. People were paying for anything. And he was bragging that they have increased revenue. And at the same time...he was borrowing and borrowing. I was living in Ojo that time as a teenager
