I lost my momma 9 years ago. I had my last baby 5 months ago and I can’t get out of the funk I’m in. I can’t tell you the last time I brushed my hair (yes it’s embarrassing, I know) and I’m trying soo hard to pull myself out of this for my other kids but I’m struggling 😩

My mom and dad took care of me for 7 weeks post partum. I went over every night so I wasn’t alone when my bd went to work. Every feed one of them was awake to be there. My dad held her for hours one night just so I could sleep in peace knowing she was safe 😭

I called my mom at 5 am on Christmas Eve bawling because I couldn’t handle things anymore and begged for her help. She dropped everything, rented a vehicle, and drove across almost 5 states to get to me later that day. She saved me when I was deep in PPD after the birth of my second child and I will never not be grateful for that.
