Not being rude some people won’t like this but TO ME a Japanese business should be owned & ran by Japanese people not just bc you traveled the world and thought “Huntsville should have a Japanese bar”? When I go to a Mexican restaurant/food truck I want it owned & ran by amazing Mexican people? Call me crazy.
