Some people are just people who need reassurance or revalidation that’s just human… I wouldn’t instantly jump to the conclusion that the person doesn’t care about you, but they might not be the type of person that gives you what you need, now this really depends on if it’s a friendship or a romantic relationship because if it’s a friendship, you’re not gonna always get validation from your friends, but if it’s a romantic relationship and you’re the type of person that just needs someone to reassure them then it’s good to have somebody who’s really empathetic. Sorry completely unsolicited old person advice.
