As a man older than you I can only tell you this. You do not want to settle for a man just for the sake of getting married. You have to live with this person. You do not want to get a divorce. Chose carefully if you can. For myself I would rather be alone than with someone I didn’t LOVE. I think love is the most important thing. If you don’t love someone then you don’t marry them. Maybe you should look abroad! In more urban areas in the US it’s uncommon to be married before 30. And it’s very common for people to have divorced parents so there isn’t much of a stigma.

Thank you for being vulnerable and posting this. So many of these comments are from people who have not traveled and do not have experience of other cultures. They only view the world from their own bubble. There are some appealing aspects of the marriage market. You get to meet their family first! You also don’t have to swipe through a lot of profiles of people who have different intentions. You also meet other people like you who have the same cultural societal pressures who want the same things and are in the same position. Stay awesome. You’re amazing!!!
