I’m not trying to be disrespectful but honestly I work many flights and no I’m not in the cockpit but I have briefings before every flight and over the years the change of weather unexpectedly happens all the time more now than it used to be ! They did everything they could !

I have a relative who is a pilot and I agree - my relative always checks the weather constantly up until it’s time to fly and my relative won’t hesitate to not fly during bad weather
