Anyone else like the fact it gets darker earlier now? I ask bc i absolutely hate leaving home unless its dark outside. I would never be at a grocery store on a Saturday afternoon

I took 5 weeks off from work, spent the first 2 weeks being productive, it felt great going outside, my mood increased and time felt longer but in the last 3 week, I had trouble stepping outside, time flew by really fast, I think I only stepped outside around 10 times in 35 days.

My beautiful 23 year old daughter has agoraphobia which started as anxiety. My heart breaks for her. She is so stunningly beautiful inside and out and yet her World is confined to our home. She has been housebound for years now. Thankfully she has a lovely boyfriend who understands and supports her and keeps her company. She has, understandably, been suffering from depression on and off because of it too. I wish I could find a cure for her and for all of you who suffer from this horrendous condition 💔
