my one piece of advice: ignore the job requirements if that is the only thing holding you back from applying. go for it. 2 of my role changes in my inudstry happened because I applied when I was under qualified.

I think it’s just less intimidating to approach someone dressed up as the main comfort item throughout almost anyone’s childhood than just a full person. Along with that your fursuit makes it very hard to come off as judgmental even if you were trying so it feels more approachable

Id say its because you do come off as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You're successful in what you do as well so others want to know how they can get to something like that and want to hear from someone who has done so already. Plus you talk financial knowledge which of course goes hand in hand (or in this case wing in wing) with jobs/careers, gotta have the work to make the money.
