Guys halal means the meat is clean the animal wasn’t tortured and A sharp knife is used to make the required cut in the animal's throat so its quick death for them and won’t feel pain for long time. Also they have to make sure that the animal is not ill, because its not allowed to slaughter if its sick, unlike those not halal there is a possibility that the animal is killed in painful way like smashing their head and it could be the animal is ill and Surely the meat quality will be different.
