How would it end poverty? Giving a poor person free money isn’t going to change anything. They’re just going to spend it on meaningless stuff, now I do agree the tax code does need to be reformed as for it has loopholes but making it were taxing billionaires 90% of their income is overkill…it will lead to more unemployed people and less jobs. There needs to be a middle ground.

I hate how people say it would take “x” amount of dollars like as if they were to receive the money that they would allocate every cent to the homeless. Politicians would keep that money and give it to their friends. You cant end homelessness with the idea that it has an exact dollar amount. You really want to end homelessness, quit taxing people and let the people take care of their neighbor. Give financial breaks to those who help people in their neighborhood and community
