I love swimming but no chance with my skin, same as the gym, the sweat makes me flare too. So sad 😏

This is going to sound crazy but can’t you invest in some sort of a wet suit or a water proof cover for your neck or upper part of your body. Made out of certain fabrics. Glad you went though ❤️. Just sad that it’s caused a flare xx

Get in the sea. Cold but your skin will thank you for it. I have suffered from eczema all my life. The sea used to sting my skin quite bad but the more I went in, it began to heal my skin and it slowly stopped stinging
