Good luck with that. You can pass one all you want but it takes 2/3:of the states to ratify it. We have 27 amendments since the Constitution was ratified with 10 of them in the bill of rights. In 250 years we have actually ratified 17. Not going to happen. If you want an amendment that makes since. Term limits on all of them, Senators, Representatives and Supreme Court justices.
