Can we stop funding schools based on zip code?! It should be by need. And improve the food, it'll improve grades and behavior. Please, I've met some amazing kids in schools in the middle of an impoverished area. They're CHILDREN. Every child should receive a top notch education and supports according to the needs of those kids.
